    Come join us for a gentle and slower-paced fitness class designed to help build the strength, stability, and mobility within your body to do the things you like and need to do in your daily life. We'll explore exercises that will provide you the opportunity to get to know your body in new ways and you may even discover some muscles you didn't even know you had! All levels and abilities are welcome! No dress code, just wear clothing that you can easily move in. Barefeet or non-slip socks are recommended but not required.
