    Come join a dynamic exercise class designed to build the resources within your body that you need to bring your athletic life to the next level! No dress code, just wear clothing that you can easily move in. Barefeet or non-slip socks are recommended but not required. All exercise equipment is provided, but you can bring your own yoga mat if preferred.

    Designed for Adults and Teens with an understanding of the basics of ballet, looking to increase their abilities and enjoy the physical fitness of dancing ballet.
