Class Description
Designed for Adults and Teens with an understanding of the basics of ballet, looking to increase their abilities and enjoy the physical fitness of dancing ballet. If you have no previous experience in ballet, you might consider our Beginning Adult Ballet Class which starts at the very beginning: https://www.applegatedance.com/service-page/very-beginning-teen-adult-ballet Those with more experience might eventually consider one of our two Intermediate to Advanced Ballet Classes: https://www.applegatedance.com/service-page/intermediate-adult-ballet-1 https://www.applegatedance.com/service-page/adult-intermediate-classical-ballet Dress Code: Wear clothes that you can easily move in and fit more snugly. Recommended for Women: Leotard and tights or a tight-fitting top and leggings. Recommended for Men: A slimmer cut T-shirt and shorts. Footwear: Ballet Slippers recommended but alternatively you can wear socks.
