ZUMBA® is a fun and energetic group workout that combines dance moves with Latin and international music. Zumba stands out due to its fusion of various musical genres and dance styles, including salsa, merengue, cumbia, reggaeton, and samba, among others. The result is a Davis dance party where you build endurance and strength while elevating your heart rate in a fun, high energy, group fitness class.
