Class Description

This class is optimal for dancers that are brand new to pointe, or have been practicing en pointe for less than 6 months. Pre-Pointe classes focus on training the muscles for pointe work. This class focuses on strengthening the ankles, feet, core, back and mind set for pointe work. Between a fun "workout" for all of the above, this class incorporates traditional ballet technique as well as modern muscle strengthening exercises in a fun, yet tiring class. Dress Code: Wear clothes that you can easily move in and fit more snugly. Recommended for Women: Leotard and tights or a tight-fitting top and leggings. Recommended for Men: A slimmer cut T-shirt and shorts. Footwear: Ballet Slippers recommended, with pointe shoes for those closer to moving onto pointe.

You can cancel with a full refund up until 48 hours before class starts. You can reschedule your class up until 1 hour before the class starts. There are no refunds or credits for missed Drop-In Classes.
