Pre-Ballet: Fall 2026

Class Description

For kids starting to explore the world of dance and are looking to develop a strong foundation in classical ballet. New Ballet students can expect an emphasis on elementary ballet technique, and a juvenile exploration into artistry in dance. Classes are taught at our Davis ballet studio, where dancers become familiar with basic barre and center elements, learning leg and arm positions in ballet, jumps, stretches and basic exercises of ballet. Our dance community values empowering dancers by providing a fun and nurturing approach to self expression through movement and dance. This class is designed for 5 year old students. If your child will be turning 6 mid-season, THIS is the class for them. Space permitting, we can evaluate transferring them to Ballet 1A when they turn 6. Some dates are skipped due to holidays.
