K-pop for Tweens

Class Description

This class focuses on teaching K-pop dance choreography, breaking down routines from popular K-pop songs. Participants will learn to execute specific dance movements and formations found in official music videos and live stage performances. This class is specifically designed with lyrics and choreography appropriate for dancers in the 8-12 year old age range. The choreography hits you fast in this fun and energetic class, but as long as you have experience in other forms of dance/choreography it is just fine to have no K-pop specific experience. Summer classes at Applegate Dance Studio are à la carte. You can pick and choose your own selection of classes, switching up your schedule from week to week to best fit around your vacations, and to enable you optimal flexibility to focus in on the areas you most want to advance in. While you can register for classes last minute, many of the more popular classes fill up in advance. We therefore recommend advanced registration to ensure you get into all the summer classes that you want.
