Come join a dynamic exercise class designed to build the resources within your body that you need to bring your dancing to the next level! Come ready to explore and learn new things about your body and gain more detailed mastery of it. This group fitness class is perfect for dancers or people who like to workout like dancers! No dress code, just wear clothing that you can easily move in. Barefeet or non-slip socks are recommended but not required. All exercise equipment is provided, but you can bring your own yoga mat if preferred.
